2. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial period for new users to evaluate our services. During this period:

  • No payment is required to start the trial
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial period
  • No charges will be made if you cancel before the trial ends

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions are refundable for the current billing period, for any reason
  • You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds are prorated based on usage after the 30-day period
  • No refunds are issued for unused portions after 90 days

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team via email
  • Include your account information and reason for the refund
  • Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests outside of these guidelines in exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing service use
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Other circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis
